Refund policy

We want you to love your Matcha-Tees order. If something isn't right, this policy explains how returns, exchanges and refunds work. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

1. Your 14-day right to cancel (UK customers)

As a UK consumer buying online, you have the legal right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive your items, and a further 14 days to send the items back. To cancel, email us at dharmasamuderamanunggal@gmail.com with your order number and let us know you wish to cancel.

2. Our 30-day returns promise

On top of your legal rights, we accept returns for 30 days from delivery on any unworn, unwashed item in its original condition with any tags attached.

3. Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, has a print defect, or isn't what you ordered, we will put it right at no cost to you — with a free replacement or a full refund, including original delivery charges. Please email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a couple of photos of the issue. In most cases you will not need to post the faulty item back to us.

4. Change of mind returns

Because our products are shipped internationally (we produce and dispatch from Indonesia), return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer. Before sending anything, please email us first — we'll confirm the correct return address and reference number. Items returned without prior contact may be delayed or lost.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • We process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or, for faulty items, within 14 days of agreeing the refund).
  • For cancellations under your 14-day legal right, we refund the item price plus standard delivery. We may deduct an amount if the value of the goods has been reduced by handling beyond what is needed to inspect them.

6. Exchanges

Need a different size? Email us and we'll arrange an exchange where stock allows. For defective items the replacement is free; for change-of-mind size swaps we may ask you to cover the additional postage.

7. Items we can't accept back

  • Items that have been worn (beyond trying on), washed, or altered
  • Personalised or custom-printed items made to your specification, unless faulty
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery, unless faulty

8. How to start a return

  1. Email dharmasamuderamanunggal@gmail.com with your order number.
  2. Tell us what you'd like — refund, replacement or exchange — and include photos if the item is faulty.
  3. We'll reply within 2 business days with the next steps.
