Shipping policy

All Matcha-Tees products are printed and dispatched from our facility in Indonesia and shipped to customers in the United Kingdom.

1. Processing time

Orders are printed to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships. You'll receive a dispatch email with tracking once it leaves our facility.

2. Delivery times to the UK

  • Standard tracked: typically 7–14 business days after dispatch
  • Express: typically 4–7 business days after dispatch

These are estimates, not guarantees — customs processing can occasionally add time.

3. Taxes and import charges

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). For orders of £135 or less, UK VAT is accounted for at checkout, so there should be nothing extra to pay on delivery. For orders over £135, import VAT (and duty where applicable) may be collected by the carrier before delivery — these charges are the customer's responsibility and will be clearly flagged at checkout.

4. Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 10 business days, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.

5. Lost or undelivered orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of dispatch, email us at dharmasamuderamanunggal@gmail.com and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund. Please double-check your delivery address at checkout — we can't refund orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address, but we'll always try to help re-route them.
