These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Matcha-Tees website and your purchases from us. By placing an order you agree to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer.

1. About us

Matcha-Tees is operated from Indonesia and sells apparel and accessories to customers in the United Kingdom. Contact: dharmasamuderamanunggal@gmail.com.

2. Orders and contract formation

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you confirmation that your order has been dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch — for example where a product is unavailable, a pricing error occurred, or we suspect fraud — and will refund any payment taken.

3. Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT where applicable on consignments of £135 or less.
  • For orders over £135, import VAT and any duty may be payable by you on delivery — see our Shipping Policy.
  • Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
  • If we discover an obvious pricing error, we will contact you to confirm or cancel the order at the correct price.

4. Products

Our products are printed to order. Colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen due to display settings and the printing process; minor variation is not a defect. Size guides are provided on product pages — please check before ordering.

5. Delivery

We dispatch from Indonesia with tracked international shipping. Estimated delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; ownership passes when we receive payment in full.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

UK consumers have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and remedies for faulty goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Our full process, including our extended 30-day returns promise, is in our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, images, text and branding on this site are owned by or licensed to Matcha-Tees. You may not reproduce, resell or commercially exploit any content without our written permission. If you believe any content infringes your rights, contact us and we will investigate promptly.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting unauthorised access, scraping at scale, placing fraudulent orders, or uploading malicious content.

9. Our liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of profit.

10. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g. carrier disruption, customs delays, natural disasters). If a delay is substantial, you may cancel undelivered orders for a full refund.

11. Complaints and disputes

If something goes wrong, email us first — we aim to resolve all complaints within 14 days. As we sell to consumers in the UK, you benefit from mandatory UK consumer protections. These Terms are otherwise governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, and UK consumers retain the right to bring proceedings in their local courts where applicable law allows.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
